Theater director, researcher, performer and cultural manager. Ten years ago she funds Le SAIDEN, an association that promotes cultural exchanges with countries of sub-Saharan Africa. She grades in theories and techniques of theater directing at the University of Naples "L'Orientale" (Italy). PhD researcher in Theatrical Studies at the University of Naples "L’Orientale" and in Communication at University of Seville. She participates in workshops by Yves Lebreton, The Living Theater, Willem Wilhelmus, Chiara Guidi, César Brie, Hernan Gene, Potlatch Theater and Odin Teatret; with the last, she takes part in the spectacle "UR-HAMLET" as an actress in 2009 in Wroclaw in Poland. In 2008 she directed a selection of the opera "The Elisir d'amore" of Donizetti in Kakegawa, Japan. From 2004 to 2009 she works with the theater group "Laboratorio7" in Naples. From 2010 collaborates with actor Valerio Asara. In 2016-2017, she collaborates with DSM4 group. Her artistic research focuses on the relationship between archetype and contemporaneity. Sensitive to the aesthetic and ideological value of the mask, she usually uses it in most of her productions, as a symbolic tool and the annulment of the theatrical character. She is interested in the combination of different artistic languages, such as the stop-motion technique and video performance. Her research revolves around the practice and aesthetics of short-term performance in unconventional spaces.
